Your deposit is a non refundable contract.

 It will be valid for three months from the date you leave it with us.

​

If you fail to make your appointment or do not give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation you automatically forfeit your deposit.

If you  “No show” - (do not turn up) or are unreasonably late to your appointment you forfeit your deposit.

 

 We do not hold any responsibility for reminding you of your booked appointment.

If your artist has started your design & you no longer want to go ahead with your tattoo your deposit is non refundable, it is there to cover the work the artist has already started for you since you first left your deposit & to ensure their time and efforts are not wasted & in vain . However if your artist has not started your design & you are outside of the 48 hour cancellation window & you no longer want to be tattooed by us & decide to cancel your appointment/tattoo, the management may offer you a refund of your deposit ( this is discretionary exclusive to management only)

OUR ARTIST HAS 10+ YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE  AND THIS IS REFLECTED IN THE WORK WE PROVIDE AND YOU SEE HERE ON THIS SITE!
